PostSubject: A little about Fox Mustang Restoration   Tue May 06, 2008 5:32 pm

Fox Mustang restoration was founded out of frustration by Matt Highley in 2001. He was restoring an 85 Mustang GT T-top and was having a difficult time finding parts. Realizing there might actually be others that were experiencing the same difficulties, he began searching for NOS parts and restoring good used ones to sell on EBay. After a few years of Ebay sales on the side he quit his day job as an ASE certified mechanic to concentrate on the Mustang business full time. Originally running it out of his two car garage at home and promoting his wares on EBay he earned the funds to start a website and grow the business to the point where it could support a shop, warehouse and a couple of full time employees. The Companies current focus is on bettering the parts sold for Fox mustang restorations and documenting correct parts and restoration practices.

Performance has always been an integral part of the Fox Mustangs success so FMR does not ignore the performance aspects of the vehicle. Even race cars use factory weatherstrip, interior and exterior parts. We are not solely about restoring your car to factory correct and original, we believe in letting your personal tastes dictate what you do to your car.

FMRs employees are all passionate about Fox Mustangs and are excited to see your car come together and look its best. Whether your vision is concourse perfection, modified, or just a nice daily driver we have the right parts and advice to help you make it happen.

If you are in South Florida we would love to have you stop by and visit the shop, give us a call and remember to bring your Mustang. We are located in Port Saint Lucie at 1716 SW Biltmore St. zip code 34984
